The ordinance of baptism by immersion in water (not sprinkling) is commanded in Scripture, Mark 16:16

we believe

THE BIBLE IS INSPIRED
ONE TRUE GOD
JESUS IS FULLY GOD
THE FALL OF MAN
THE SALVATION OF
MANKIND
BAPTISM IN WATER
HOLY COMMUNION
BAPTISM IN
THE HOLY SPIRIT

The Scriptures of the entire Bible are the verbally inspired words of God, as the Spirit moved the writers. The Scriptures are God’s revelation of Himself to mankind. The Scriptures are infallible (never wrong). The Scriptures are the divinely authoritative guide for our faith, belief, and manner of living.

THE INITIAL EVIDENCE OF THE BAPTISM IN THE HOLY SPIRIT

Divine healing is an integral part of the Gospel. Deliverance from sickness is provided in the Atonement.  Healing is a privilege available to all believers.  Many in the Assemblies of God have personally experienced God’s healing touch.  Some have been restored from near death to full health.

SANCTIFIACTION
DIVINE HEALING
THE BLESSED HOPE
THE MILLENNIAL REIGN OF CHRIST
THE FINAL JUDGEMENT
THE NEW HEAVENS AND THE NEW EARTH

He always existed. He created all things. He is the only Savior. He has revealed Himself as one Being that consists of three interrelated persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

The Son of God has always existed. He became human by virgin birth, conceived by the Holy Spirit. He lived a sinless life. He performed many miracles by the anointing of the Holy Spirit. He died on the cross as our substitute and He was raised from the dead by the supernatural power of God.  He is seated at the right hand of God.

Mankind was created good and upright, however by willful choice mankind ignored God’s instructions…choosing to do what they knew was wrong and evil.  As a result mankind fell from innocence and goodness and incurred not only physical death but spiritual death as well- this results in separation from God.

God provides salvation for all who believe and accept his free off of forgiveness.  Our only hope for redemption lies in the blood of Jesus Christ, as He died for our sin on the cross.

In eating and drinking the symbols of Christ’s suffering and death, the believer expresses the belief that through salvation he has been made right through God and shares the divine nature of eternal life through Jesus Christ.

All Believers are entitled to receive the baptism in the Holy Spirit, and therefore should expect and earnestly seek the promise of the Father, according to the command of Jesus Christ.  The baptism in the Holy Spirit was the normal experience for all Believers in the early church.

The baptism in the Holy Spirit is accompanied by the initial physical sign of speaking in other languages (unlearned) as the Spirit of God gives them audible expression.

Sanctification is the process that takes place as Christians devote themselves to God.  The scriptures teach that we are to be holy because God is holy; living in holiness is possible by the power of the Holy Spirit.  As a Christian it should be only natural to offer every portion of his life to the control of the Holy Spirit.

All Christians who have died will one day rise from their graves and will meet the Lord in the air.  Those who have not yet died will be raptured or caught up with them, to be with the Lord.

The second coming of Christ includes the rapture of all Christians, followed by the visible return of Christ with His saints to reign on Earth for one thousand years.  This millennial reign will bring the salvation of Israel as a nation and will bring the establishment of universal peace.

There will be a final judgment in which the wicked dead-those who have died without accepting Christ’s salvation-will be raised and judged according to the way they lived.

According to the promise of God we look forward to new heavens and new earth where righteousness will dwell and reign forever.
